Membership Rates
Eligibility
All 线上赌博app staff, faculty, alumni, and employees of approved affiliated businesses are eligible to join the 线上赌博app Wellness Center. Members may also sponsor others as part of the membership benefits. Membership initiations and renewals may be purchased at the Customer Service Desk. Select your category below for membership requirements and rates.
Student Membership Information
Nonstudent Membership Categories and Rates
Currently employed 线上赌博app staff and faculty, as well as retired employees with an appropriate retired 线上赌博app ID, are eligible to purchase a membership at the Wellness Center. Faculty and staff may purchase a membership at the Customer Service Desk or through the Wellness Portal. Your 线上赌博app ID is required at the time of purchase and to access the facility on each visit. All memberships are pre-paid for the membership period selected.

The 线上赌博app Wellness Center currently partners with Sanford Health Plan for reimbursement programs in NDPERS. For more information, refer to our Reimbursement Program page.
Faculty and staff may be eligible for payroll deduction. To find more information, please visit the membership policies page and find the payment method section.
线上赌博app alumni are eligible for affiliate membership to the Wellness Center. Alumni may purchase a membership in person at the Customer Service Desk. Your 线上赌博app ID or a federal ID is required at the time of purchase. If you no longer have your 线上赌博app ID a membership card will be provided. All memberships are pre-paid for the membership period selected.

Not affiliated with 线上赌博app, but know someone who is a member of the Wellness Center? You can benefit from everything the facility has to offer as well. All current members of the 线上赌博app Wellness Center (with the exception of sponsored members) are eligible to sponsor additional individuals with the sponsored membership program. Memberships must be purchased in person at the Customer Service Desk and the sponsoring member must be present during registration.

Employees of the select 线上赌博app-affiliated businesses and organizations are eligible for affiliated membership. See our Current Affiliate Organizations list below to see if you qualify for membership.
Eligible affiliates may purchase a membership by visiting the Customer Service Desk with verification of employment (Badge ID, business card, copy of online staff directory). Requests to be added to the affiliate list may be sent to Merideth Sherlin, Assistant Director.
