Facility Use Agreement

Clubs reserving on-campus spaces must complete a Facility Use Agreement Form at least two weeks before their event or activity.

Marketing & Uniforms

Use of 线上赌博app logos and word marks requires licensed production and approval through the 线上赌博app Trademarks and Licensing Program. All uniforms, apparel, and promotional materials must adhere to the 线上赌博app Graphic Standards Manual and be produced by an officially licensed vendor. This ensures brand consistency, quality, and compliance with university guidelines.

On-Campus Space Reservations

All Club Sports must reserve space before hosting practices, games, or events on campus. Use the Event Services Request Form to reserve a university facility or outdoor space, and the Wellness Center Reservation Form for courts or studios inside the Wellness Center.

Student Organization Policies and Resources

Student Government's Congress of Student Organizations provides oversight and partial funding for 线上赌博app’s student organizations, including Club Sports, through allocations from student activity fees. Club Sports teams must adhere to all student organization policies and guidelines to remain in good standing.

Travel

Clubs must submit a Travel Request Form at least two weeks before traveling. Late submissions may lead to denied travel, loss of reimbursement, or CSO standing deductions. Only one form per group per trip is accepted. All participants must have logged into my线上赌博app during the current semester and be listed on the club’s my线上赌博app organization page.

Waivers

If your event includes physical activity or potential risk, you must have participants complete a waiver before taking part. The sponsoring club is responsible for keeping these records and following the university’s records retention policy.
