The Accelerated (Post-Baccalaureate) BSN Nursing Program online application is available here for Fall 2026 admission. It is recommended to apply as soon as possible, as applications are reviewed on a rolling basis. To be eligible for fall nursing program admission, the prerequisite courses must be completed by the end of summer semester, prior to the start of fall semester.

Eligibility to Apply

The Admissions and Academic Progression Committee evaluates applicants for admission to the Accelerated (Post-Baccalaureate) professional nursing program and determines which applicants will be accepted for enrollment in the program. To ensure that all applicants are treated fairly and equally, the School of Nursing follows guidelines for the admission process to the Accelerated (Post-Baccalaureate) BSN program.

Students applying to the Accelerated BSN Program must:

1. Apply and be admitted to North Dakota State University (线上赌博app) or currently be an 线上赌博app student.
2. Have a baccalaureate or graduate degree in a non-nursing major from a U.S. regionally accredited college or university. The degree must be completed and verified via official transcript(s) prior to enrollment in the program.
3. Have a Cumulative GPA of a 2.75 or greater.
4. Complete the Accelerated (Post-Baccalaureate) BSN application form (separate from the 线上赌博app application). Detailed instructions are provided with the online application.
5. Complete a Criminal Background Check (See College of Health Professions Policy 3.08).

Program location

• The Accelerated (Post-Baccalaureate) BSN Program degree is available through the 线上赌博app School of Nursing at Sanford Health site in Bismarck, North Dakota.
• The Accelerated (Post-Baccalaureate) BSN Nursing degree program is being offered in an in-person instruction format. Students are expected to attend all lab and clinical experiences in person.

Selected Prerequisite Courses for Admission

Completion of the following pre-requisite courses with a “C” or higher are considered for admission. Courses deemed equivalent by the University may be considered upon review of transcripts.

  • Introduction to Chemistry lecture and lab or higher
  • Introduction to Microbiology lecture and lab or higher
  • Introduction to Psychology or Introduction to Sociology

  • Nutrition
