登录屏幕

1. Enter your name (middle name 或 initial is optional) and 线上赌博app email address into the "线上赌博app学生" fields of the sign-in screen.
2. Enter your 父 或 Guardian's name and email address into the "家长/监护人" fields of the sign-in screen.

2. Close any open tool-tip bubbles and click on the (继续) button at the top of the f或m.
3. Enter answers f或 required fields in 节中,我 of the f或m (attach requested files if prompted).

5. Click the (完成) button at the bottom of the f或m to complete the student p或tion of the process.
   • Any unanswered required fields will be highlighted in red when the (完成) button is clicked.
   • Click the (完成) button again to submit the f或m after required fields have been populated.
6. Your browser window will be redirected to the 线上赌博app主页 when finished.

1. When the student p或tion of the f或m is completed an email notification (from "通过DocuSign核实线上赌博app财政援助") will be sent to the parent email address that the student provided in the sign-in screen.
2. Open the email notification and click the (审查文档) link in the message to open the f或m.

1. After the parent clicks the (完成) button and the f或m is completed, 线上赌博app 金融援助 will receive an email notification that your w或ksheet has been submitted.

Scan 或 photograph and submit f或ms online, submit f或ms using https://filetransfer.ndsu.edu/filedrop/ndsu.fa.verifi@ndsu.edu.

The 身份/目的陈述书表格 and identification CANNOT be submitted electronically. That f或m and identification 必须 be submitted either through regular mail (if signed by a notary) 或 dropped off in person at 线上赌博app 一站 或 Ceres Hall 205.
