Creating a new course (admin)
This is almost the same with or without LTI with Blackboard. The sole difference is, to enable logins from Blackboard for the professor, the WeBWorK User ID should be set to the 线上赌博app ID.
Adding TAs or other Professors
These privileged, non-student users should be created within WeBWorK with User IDs set to equal their 线上赌博app ID.
