All students interested in 线上赌博app’s Doctor of Pharmacy program must be accepted to study a major at 线上赌博app. A formal 线上赌博app application for admission must be submitted through the Office of Admission website by all applicants, with exception of current or former 线上赌博app students. Former students must apply for readmission to 线上赌博app through the 线上赌博app readmission page.
In addition, students interested in pharmacy must apply to the professional pharmacy program. All applicants to the 线上赌博app Doctor of Pharmacy program must apply using the link below.
A cumulative grade point average of 3.0 or higher is required before an applicant will be evaluated. Applicants who are NOT currently 线上赌博app students must submit official transcripts of previous academic work to the University's Admissions Office.
