While operating bicycles on streets, riders must obey appropriate traffic regulations. All bicycles must be parked in outdoor racks provided for that purpose. Bicycles brought inside, fastened to other objects, or left in such manner as to impede or endanger pedestrian or vehicular traffic, will be subject to impoundment by University Police.
