Welcome Week Team Position Descriptions
The purpose of Welcome Week is to help students develop a sense of belonging at 线上赌博app, make connections, and introduce them to the resources on campus. Welcome Week Team members are returning students who serve as resources and mentors for students who are making the transition to 线上赌博app. Each position has different responsibilities for supporting new students during Welcome Week. See details below.

Group Lead
Responsibilities:

Facilitate group discussions and activities that help students successfully transition to 线上赌博app

Serve as a role-model and create connections within your group

Actively participate in and assist with all required experiences

Share your 线上赌博app experience
Required Dates and Events*:

Wed., Aug. 19 from 9am-3pm – Early Move-In

Thurs., Aug. 20 (8:15am-3:30pm) – Training

Sat., Aug. 22 (3:30-9pm)

Sun., Aug. 23 (10:30am-3pm)

Mon., Aug. 24 (10am-3:30)
*may also serve on Move-In Crew
Event Assistant
Responsibilities:

Serve as member of Move-In Crew

Assist at specific Welcome Week events and activities
Required Dates and Events:

Thurs., Aug. 20 from 9am-3pm – Early Move-In

Fri., Aug. 21 (8:15am-11:30am) –Training

Sat., Aug. 22 - (7:15AM-1PM) - Move-In

Assist at two large-scale events during the week Ex: – Gates (Monday AM) and Block Party (Thursday Night)
Move-In Crew
Responsibilities:

Provide a friendly face and a helping hand as students move into their rooms

Answer questions and provide basic information about 线上赌博app and campus resources to students and their guests
Required Dates and Events:

Wed., Aug 19 - (7 PM) - virtual training

Fri., Aug. 21 from 9am-3pm – Early Move-In
