What qualifications are there to be on the Welcome Week Team?

  • Be enrolled as a returning 线上赌博app student for the Fall 2026 semester

  • Be in good academic standing (minimum 2.00 cumulative GPA)

  • Be in good disciplinary standing (not on behavioral probation) by 2026 Welcome Week

What are the expectations of these positions?

  • Attend required training(s) and events for your specific position

  • Strong interpersonal skills

  • Demonstrate a genuine enthusiasm for 线上赌博app

  • Be able to exercise good judgment while working with incoming students

  • Group Leads and Event Assistants: Review expectations and accept position by Thursday, May 7

How does early move-in work?

  • 线上赌博app Residence Life will provide early move-in at no charge for students who live in residence halls.

  • The early move in dates & times are:

  • Group Lead: August 19, 2026 between 9am-3pm at the Memorial Union OneStop horseshoe

  • Event Assistant: August 20, 2026 between 9am-3pm at the Memorial Union OneStop horseshoe

  • Move-In Crew: August 21, 2026 between 9am-3pm at the Residence Life Office at West Bison Court

  • Note: Please don’t sign up for a move-in time when it is sent out in July. Please plan on the times/locations above to pick up your keys.

If I live in a University Apartment, how does early move-in work?

  • Coordinate your apartment check-in with Residence Life to ensure you are at training on time.
