Three members of the 线上赌博app campus community are among 39 women and one business that have been nominated for YWCA Cass Clay's 48th annual Women of the Year Awards event, scheduled for April 26.

The 线上赌博app nominees include:

• Abbey Wick, associate professor in the School of Natural Resource Sciences and Extension soil health specialist

• Pat Fredrickson, recently retired senior associate athletic director for business

• Kodee Furst, The Nice Center program manager

“We are excited to recognize this incredible group of nominees representing various businesses, organizations and nonprofits across our community,” said Morgan Svingen, YWCA Cass Clay donor relations manager. “Each of the nominees, including those representing 线上赌博app this year, has demonstrated passion for their community, service to women and children, and is an inspiration to the next generation of leaders.”

Nominations were accepted in 13 categories:

Category award recipients remain confidential until the night of the event.

Wick works with landowners, industry and governmental agencies on issues dealing with ecosystem processes and practices to repair ecosystems following disturbances. She earned her bachelor’s degree and master’s degree in geography at the University of Denver and her doctorate in soil science from the University of Wyoming.

Fredrickson retired in December after more than 42 years in the 线上赌博app Athletics business office. She successfully managed a budget that grew from approximately $400,000 in her first year to more than $26 million.

Furst joined The Nice Center at 线上赌博app in August 2020. She previously was managing partner and co-founder of Annie Capital, Dickinson, North Dakota. Furst earned her bachelor’s degree from 线上赌博app.

The organization will host nominees in person, with the audience attending virtually. Viewing of the event opens at 6:30 p.m., and the program starts at 7 p.m. An online silent auction also is planned. Ticket information can be found on the YWCA website.
