Business student Dieumerci Christel knows that first hand.

Christel recently was among 12 fellows chosen from across the nation to participate in the WeFunder Workaway in Hawaii. The event helps entrepreneurs develop their commercial ideas.

Christel, a junior majoring in management, grew up in Tanzania before moving to West Fargo. I have so many opportunities that I would probably not get at other colleges,” he said. “The atmosphere and the support is unique because I have access to a lot of professors who I can proudly call mentors.
